ZUMBA, STRONG NATION & CIRCLE MOBILITY EXERCISES
ZUMBA® is a dance fitness training that uses Latin American rhythms and elements such as reggaeton, salsa, merenque, cumbia, etc. Dancing improves physical fitness, destroys stress hormones, improves posture, increases alertness, increases muscle tone, speeds up metabolism, develops coordination and sense of rhythm, releases creativity and improves well-being both physically and mentally. STRONG NATION® is a full-body muscle training, where every movement is synchronized to music, using your own body weight, it develops muscle endurance and tone. In this intense and effective training, you will discover completely new sides of yourself and feel how strong you really are. CIRCL MOBILITY™ is a mobility training that improves the body's range of motion and contributes to post-workout recovery. The training helps increase joint and muscle mobility through controlled movement, proper breathing, mobility exercises and stretching.

Ma teen tihtipeale neli korda nädalas trenne, kaks korda koos teiega ja siis veel järelvaatamisi õhtuti peale tööd. Niii hästi maandab pingeid ja saab mõtted töölt kõrvale. Super lihtsalt! Mulle meeldib see mitmekesisus trennides, tulen alati heameelega trenni, isegi kui olen päris väsinud. Algul oli veidike ärev tunne sees aga nüüdseks see kadunud. Ilmselt sellest, et olete kõik nii ägedad ja rõõmsad koguaeg, viskate nalja jne. Koju lähen ka meeletu energialaenguga.
